Guarantee of Satisfaction:

All manufacturer effects and any delivery or handling related damage are covered. Prompt notification (within five days of delivery) of any damage is important in order to eliminate misunderstandings.

Although in-home mishaps such as scratches and tears do not fall under our “Guarantee of Satisfaction”-our Service Department will be happy to advise you on how best to handle these problems. In Addition, out of warranty service is available at nominal rates.

Koerner Furniture upholds the manufacturer’s warranty on all products, excluding those sold “As-Is”

In addition, for 30 days, if your product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we reserve the right to repair or replace it. This applies to the original buyer only and to furniture that has received normal use and proper maintenance. We reserve the right to inspect the furniture, and if possible, to make repairs.

Fabric is not warranted except to be in proper condition upon delivery, although Koerner Furniture will honor all manufacturer’s warranties.

Usage fees may be applied based on condition of the furniture and length of time in the home.

Furniture in a commercial setting voids warranty’s

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and original delivery address.

Low Price Guarantee:

We guarantee that you cannot make an identical furniture purchase, with comparable services for a lower price anywhere in the trading area. If you do, Koerner Furniture will refund or credit the difference graciously within 30 days of purchase. This is our way of ensuring you the integrity behind our philosophy to offer our customers unsurpassed value.

Service Policy:

Koerner Furniture will adhere to manufacturer’s warranties.

Procedure: All service claims regarding visual damage, on a new furniture purchase, must be reported to our Service Department within five days working days. At the time you must have your sales receipt. Koerner Furniture reserves the right to:

  1. Inspect the damaged merchandise in your home.
  2. Service in your home, our warehouse or at the factory.
  3. Repair or replace at the discretion of our Service Department.
  4. Schedule a service call on the specific day(s) that have been designated for each area.

It is our desire to ensure Customer Satisfaction through our Service Department and that the conditions above are applicable only with normal usage and against manufacturer’s defects.

Return Policy:

Merchandise reselection or refund is available if it is returned in its original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt with 7 days of delivery or pick-up. This excludes Bedding, special orders, fabric protection and delivery charges. This is subject to an applicable delivery or pick up fee. There is a 50% restocking fee on all returned special orders.

“Closeout”, “Cash and Carry”, “As-Is” items are sold on a no return basis and Koerners will not refund purchase price.

Sweet Dreams Guarantee:

It is important to Koerner Furniture that you are sleeping well on your new mattress. It takes time to adjust to a new sleeping surface. If after sleeping for 15 nights, you are not comfortable, Koerner Furniture will give you up to 15 more nights to exchange your mattress. The following terms and conditions apply:

  1. The 30 day period begins the date you receive your merchandise.
  2. Exchange is a one time courtesy, reselection of equal or greater value, the customer is responsible for any increase in the retail price.
  3. No refunds will be given on returned mattresses.
  4. All Reselections are subject to an additional delivery charge.
  5. Sweet Dreams guarantee is a one time only courtesy and does not apply to reselection.
  6. Mattresses must be in original and sanitary condition for exchange.
